What we offer
Experience & Knowledge
We have been operating for 40 years and have significant experience from small to large building projects. Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff have worked for the company for much of this time, including our Senior Site Manager, who is always based at site to ensure quality is driven from the top down.
Cost
We can offer suggestions to suit any budget, whilst still maintaining our quality standards. We utilise equipment and materials that reduce energy consumption which reduce overall costs and our labour comes from the local area in order to keep costs down.

We are accredited to ISO 9001 and have robust quality control measures in place that are employed on all works and tasks undertaken throughout the company.
Latest Projects
Crownfield Infant School
Extended an existing nursery and constructed a new standalone Key Stage One block, which included four classrooms, a hall and auxiliary rooms.
Rainham Village Primary School
Design and construct a Nursery and four classroom extension. The standalone build also contained activity room, cot room and staff kitchenette along with toilet facilities.
Harold Wood Primary School
Design and construct multiple new classrooms and complete extensive refurbishments to allow for increase to three form entry. Extension to the school kitchen including refit of new equipment. External works included two new car parks and playground extensions.
